Whitney Houston’s long awaited and anticipated sixth studio album, I LOOK TO YOU is officially in retail today. Listen, this album is worth every penny! It’s the true comeback album that everyone’s been looking for. While some may say the music sounds a bit dated, others (including myself) disagree. The tracks on this album are hot and classic Whitney. Some of my favorites include: Nothing But Love, Call You Tonight, I Look to You, Like I Never Left featuring Akon, I Didn’t Know My Own Strength, Worth It and For the Lovers. This album mixes retro Whitney (circa I Want To Dance With Somebody, Saving All My Love) with a new Whitney who is grown, sexy and back in the game. My favorite song on the album is Million Dollar Bill (produced by Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys), which ironically is the first song on the album and really sets the tone for the ‘music orgasm’ that is I Look To You. This album in my book gets tens across the board for come back album of the decade, and I'm sure will definitely get Whitney a Grammy this year. If you miss out on getting this album, you’ve just completely missed out… period!
